STEP ONE |
Check if your computer is up-to-date with the latest required Windows / .NET
files by clicking the button below:

Please click Run, and after the file is downloaded (may take a couple of
minutes) you will see one of two screens:

If your computer is up-to-date, you will see a screen like this:
The screen shows two options; Repair or Uninstall. This
means you are currently running the required Windows/.NET files, so you can just
click Cancel, you are ready to download SWIFT.
Please proceed to STEP TWO below.

If your computer requires a Windows update, you will see a screen like this:
Make sure you click to accept the Microsoft agreement, then click on Install.
Once the install is complete, your computer has been updated, you can then
proceed to STEP TWO
below. |

Download the demo version by clicking the button below:

When the screen prompt appears, choose the location on your computer
where you
want to save the installation file and click Save.
(NOTE: If you have a relatively fast internet connection, you may wish to click
Run instead of Save and the install will start immediately without saving the
installation file on your computer.)
If you saved the installation file above, once the download is complete,
go to the folder where you saved the
downloaded file
and run the SWIFT_Installation.exe file (double-click it) to install
SWIFT. |

The vast majority of issues can be resolved by a quick email.

This trial version has no expiry date,
try it for as long as you like. You will be able to enter up to five (5) lists,
each with up to five (5) sightings and each sighting can contain up to twenty
(20) bird species. This will give you an opportunity to fully utilize
the features of the software. This is not a 'lite' version that you may
find with other software, this is a fully functioning version, allowing you to
explore every part of SWIFT.
What you won't see are any annoying popups or reminders asking you to purchase
the full version of the software.
We feel once you've tried out the software
for a period of time and have seen what it can do, you can make a purchase
decision when you're ready.
The best part is, should you decide to purchase the full version of SWIFT, you won't need to do the entire download again but will just be able to activate your trial
version quickly and simply, and any sightings you have entered in the trial
version will not be lost.
